I have purchased more than a dozen E bikes from different companies this bike was my least favorite, in fact the workmanship and the quality of the bike was poor at best. in order to ride the bike you have to be 6’2” tall any shorter and your feet will never reach the ground. But that is the least of the problems, the electrical looked as though it was put together with parts that were left over from other bikes the wires were cut and then splice back together. the frame cover that keeps the electronics dry separated from the frame that’s allowing moisture to penetrate the battery and the electronics. I’m not gonna get in depth into the issues that I found but I will say this the worst part of this experience was dealing with the supplier. Do yourself a favor do not purchase anything from the supplier if you do you will regret it.
